About the Role
The IT Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Information Technology initiatives across the Credit Union. Acting as a vital bridge between internal business units and external tech vendors, you will play a critical role in project rollouts, vendor relationship management, and third-party risk management. This role is perfect for a highly organized communicator who enjoys building collaborative relationships, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and ensuring technology solutions support our member service goals.  
What You'll Do:  
Project Coordination & Implementation 

-Rollout Coordination: Track project milestones, manage dependencies, and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely project delivery. 


-Testing Oversight: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot programs, and deployment readiness activities to ensure security and operational stability. 


-Tracking & Documentation: Maintain complete, audit-ready project documentation including timelines, risk registers, and post-implementation reviews. 

 
Communication & Team Support  

-Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate smooth communication regarding system changes, outages, and implementation updates across IT teams and business units. 


-Compliance & Audit Support: Assist with internal audits and federal regulatory examinations by tracking remediation efforts. 


-IT & Community Engagement: Support the IT team during major system upgrades (including occasional after-hours support) and actively participate in TEG's community events. 

 
Vendor Management & Due Diligence 

-Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for third-party technology providers, monitor SLA performance, and resolve vendor-related issues. 


-Risk Management: Coordinate vendor due diligence reviews, evaluate security certifications (SOC reports, financial records), and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. 
-Evaluation & Selection: Support the evaluation of new technology providers by coordinating RFPs and conducting cost-benefit analyses. 

 
What We're Looking For:  
Qualifications 

-Minimum of 2 years in Information Technology, alongside 2 years of direct experience in IT coordination, project management, or vendor management.  


-Experience working within a financial institution, credit union, or heavily regulated environment is highly preferred. 


-Associate&rsquo;s degree, specialized technical certification, professional licensing, or equivalent practical work experience. 


-Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and risk registers. 


-Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud-based platforms, and cybersecurity principles. 


-Ability to review and interpret technical contracts, SLAs, and compliance requirements. 


-Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This role is all about helping members over the phone: answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them to products and services that support their financial well-being. What you&rsquo;ll do as a Call Center Representative (Responsibilities):

Handle member service requests such as address changes, check orders, stop payments, lien releases, and card replacements.
Assist members with mobile and online banking questions.
Research and resolve member issues, following up by phone, email, or mail as needed.
Identify opportunities to support members&rsquo; financial fitness by recommending appropriate credit union products and services.
Accurately verify member identity and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Perform other duties as needed to support the Solutions Center team.

 
What we're looking for (Qualifications):

1&ndash;3 years of customer service or banking experience (call center experience preferred).
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Windows-based programs; accurate typing and computer skills.
Ability to handle confidential member information with discretion.
Flexible availability, including Saturdays.

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Full Time Member Relations Tellers for our Dutchess County branches.

As a Member Relations Teller, you will be responsible for proficiently assisting members with their financial transactions, helping members with their financial fitness, and providing exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated, outgoing, team-player, who can effectively communicate with members, staff and management, we want to talk to you! 

As a Full-Time Teller, you will work 40 hours/week, Mon-Sat (with a short day Saturday and shorter hours during the week).  

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

A high school diploma or GED
At least one (1) year of cash handling experience
Previous Teller experience is preferred, but not required 
Must be comfortable with computers, have a basic knowledge of Windows, and be able to learn new software programs quickly 
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle is strongly preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
