Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Acquisition Program Analyst to support procurement and contract management activities for a critical government program. This role involves managing both pre-award and post-award acquisition functions, ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations, and providing expert guidance to program leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced acquisition professional to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring up to 20% CONUS travel. As a Nexagen employee supporting a government contract, you must remain flexible, as work location requirements are subject to change at any time based on government regulations and policy updates. Compliance with these changes is essential to maintaining your role.
&bull; Estimate costs and develop Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)&bull; Collaborate with acquisition centers to establish procurement timelines and key milestones&bull; Develop acquisition requirements packages and refine performance work statements (PWS)&bull; Conduct market research to support procurement planning and decision-making&bull; Oversee contract reporting requirements ensuring accuracy and compliance&bull; Provide advisory support to program leadership on acquisition strategies and contracting policies&bull; Ensure effective execution of contract objectives in support of program success
Qualifications
&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant discipline&bull; 12+ years of experience in procurement, acquisitions, or government contracting&bull; Strong knowledge of contract types, DFARS, and federal acquisition processes&bull; 8&ndash;10 years of experience supporting DoD program offices or defense acquisition programs&bull; Experience developing acquisition requirements packages for government contracts

Job Description
Nexagen Networks is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to install, configure, and maintain an organization's Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Review system and application logs and ensure completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resource consumption and manage user access. Install and upgrade software while maintaining software licenses. Assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. Support installation, maintenance, and usage of the organization's LAN, establish network procedures regarding access methods, timing, security validation checks, and documentation, and maintain network software and hardware inventories. Research and troubleshoot network-related hardware and software issues, inform users of network problems, and maintain continuity of software licensing and maintenance agreements. Under general supervision, install, configure, and maintain operating system workstations and servers, including web servers, in support of business requirements. Perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages in accordance with established IT policies and procedures. Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimal performance, ensure data integrity through appropriate hardware and software solutions, and maintain data recoverability through scheduled backups and archive operations. Support media management through internal or offsite storage solutions, develop and promote standard operating procedures (SOPs), conduct routine hardware and software audits for compliance, and maintain a comprehensive configuration database of all supporting documentation while reporting regularly to a Senior Network Engineer.

Job Description
Nexagen Networks is seeking a skilled Computer Network Support Specialist to analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate network systems, including local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud environments, servers, and data communications systems. The role involves performing network maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently with minimal interruptions.
This position provides direct support to end-users for applications, hardware, and network-related issues. The specialist will interact with network services, systems engineering, and applications development teams to restore service and resolve core technical problems. Responsibilities include simulating or recreating user-reported issues, identifying root causes, and recommending system modifications to prevent recurring problems. More complex issues will be escalated to intermediate or senior-level personnel as needed.

Position Responsibilities
&bull; Support 24/7 SATCOM monitoring and ensure continuous availability of satellite communication networks by proactively identifying and resolving system issues.&bull; Log, track, and resolve technical incidents using HEAT ticketing (Ivanti IT Service Management) to maintain service performance standards.&bull; Provide multi-channel support via phone and email, delivering timely troubleshooting and resolution for SATCOM-related issues.&bull; Deliver advanced technical support and detailed troubleshooting for complex SATCOM platforms and systems.&bull; Monitor system performance and proactively identify risks or failures within the SATCOM infrastructure.&bull; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications
