Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is searching for Team Lead who will assist in the operation of the Outlet store location. As a Team Lead you will assist in the supervision of the sales floor and processing department in absence of management, assuring goods are made available to the public in a clean, attractive environment with the best customer service.

Essential Duties:

Behave as a model worker in terms of personal appearance, behavior, quantity, and quality of work done.
Maintain the 5 S standards and score requirements consistently.
Assure exceptionally friendly customer service.
Assure the visual appearance and cleanliness of entire sales floor, including replenishment of merchandise, display of merchandise and advertising signs are clean and attractive.
Assist cashiers with voids, refunds, change and X and Z readings as needed.
Assure the best quality merchandise, removing poor quality, damaged or aged merchandise from the sales floor.
Maintain safe shopping and working conditions throughout the sales floor, taking immediate actions to correct problems with fixtures and equipment and reports violations to Store Manager.
Adhere to security policies and enforces all security rules and regulations and report incidents to Store Manager.
Assist in any other store functions as needed to assure all work goals are met.
Reinforce cross training across store functions.
Keep store manager informed of problems and successes relating to the sales floor and processing department.
All other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and blackout periods which may vary from week to week as well as occasional overtime when approved by management.

 Education/Training:

High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years retail or related experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Must complete all RGI Team Lead training programs.
Completion of all additional mandatory trainings will be required as outlined by your supervisor to retain this position.

Physical Demands:

Verbal and written communications, bending/walking/lifting to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions:

Retail Store environment, some outside.

Discards unsalable items.
Hangs 100 garments per hour.
Prices specialty items as directed by Management.
Places clothes on Z rack in order according to store layout.
Performs basic housekeeping tasks as required in store.

Education/Training:  
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Retail or similar experience preferred.

Physical Demands: 
Ability to stand and move around for extended periods. Ability to climb, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, handle, carry, push, pull, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is searching for an E-Commerce Shipper. This individual is responsible for performing a variety of duties that support Rappahannock Goodwill&rsquo;s on-line sales of donated items

Duties: 

Packs and seals customer orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
Prints packing slips and labels, places postage to prepare for shipping, and adds insurance and signature requirements for all packages valued at $100 or more.
Inspects items for damage or discrepancies before packing and escalates concerns to the supervisor.
Ensures the right items are sent to the correct customer.
Ships all outbound orders and sort shipments into the appropriate containers
Maintains a defect rate of less than 2% on all shipped merchandise
Collaborates with the E-Commerce team to meet shipping deadlines and resolve order issues.
Organizes and maintains shipping supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
Transports product through the warehouse to the loading area.
Occasionally interacts with customers for merchandise pickup.
Occasionally picks items for shipping.
Ensures proper housekeeping, and safety within their desk and work area.
Adheres to safety protocols and company policies during all shipping operations.
Perform other job duties as required.



Position Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications
 

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Must be a reliable team member that is aware of the work needs of others.
Must be able to meet daily goals and timeliness with minimal supervision.
Must consistently exhibit a professional image and a positive attitude.
Familiarity with shipping software and technology (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx platforms).  
Must be able to provide continuous feedback for process improvements.


Preferred Qualifications
 

At least 1 years&rsquo; experience working with people with disabilities.
At least 1 years&rsquo; experience in shipping, warehousing, or a related field.
Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms such as eBay and Amazon.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with shipping software and technology (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx platforms).

Physical Demands:

Removes poor quality, damaged or aged merchandise from the sales floor and prepares it for return to salvage.

Position Requirements:

Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and blackout periods which may vary from week to week as well as occasional overtime when approved by management.

Education/Training:  
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Retail or similar experience preferred.

Physical Demands:

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is searching for Full-Time Daytime Custodian 6:00am-1:30pm- for QUANTICO MARINE CORP BASE shift to join our team. Additionally, this individual will be a backup driver for our transportation van that leaves from Fredericksburg daily to Quantico and returns in the afternoon.   As a Custodian you will perform routine maintenance activities for Military Base Buildings including cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors, dusting, and polishing fixtures and furniture, gathering and emptying trash, replacing trash liners as needed, wiping down trash receptacle as needed, scrubbing, sanitizing, and supplying restroom facilities, cleaning windows, mirrors, door-handles, switch-plates, and partitions,  assuring custodial closets are clean, orderly, stocked, and equipment works properly. As the driver you will back up the regular driver when they are unable to drive the passenger van.

Essential Duties:

Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
Dust, clean, and polish fixtures and furniture.
Gather and empty trash - replace trash liners as needed - wipe down trash receptacle as needed. 
Scrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facilities. 
Clean windows, mirrors, door-handles, switch-plates, and partitions.
Assure custodial closets are clean, orderly, stocked, and equipment works properly.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
Notify manager of any need of repairs, damage, or additional needs.
Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. 
Must be DBIDS (Defense Biometric Identification System) eligible.
This position requires a drug screen and background check. You will also need to pass a DMV check to be in compliance with our insurance carrier. 
Must be able to communicate in English.
Ability to read and mix cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning, according to instructions.
Ability to be flexible, work at a fast pace, in a multi-tasked job, as well as be dependable and timely.
Ability to read and follow use of chemical cleaners and machinery.
One to two years custodial experience preferable but not required - will provide on the job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.

Physical Demands/Work Environment/Work Conditions:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over hear, reaching forward.
Must be able to life and/or carry 35 lbs.

As a Custodian you will perform routine maintenance activities for Military Base Buildings including cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors, dusting, and polishing fixtures and furniture, gathering and emptying trash, replacing trash liners as needed, wiping down trash receptacle as needed, scrubbing, sanitizing, and supplying restroom facilities, cleaning windows, mirrors, door-handles, switch-plates, and partitions,  assuring custodial closets are clean, orderly, stocked, and equipment works properly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
Dust, clean, and polish fixtures and furniture.
Gather and empty trash - replace trash liners as needed - wipe down trash receptacle as needed. 
Scrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facilities. 
Clean windows, mirrors, door-handles, switch-plates, and partitions.
Assure custodial closets are clean, orderly, stocked, and equipment works properly.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
Notify manager of any need of repairs, damage, or additional needs.
Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENS:

High School diploma or equivalent. 
Must be DBIDS (Defense Biometric Identification System) eligible.
This position requires a drug screen and background check.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Ability to read and mix cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning, according to instructions.
Ability to be flexible, work at a fast pace, in a multi-tasked job, as well as be dependable and timely.
Ability to read and follow use of chemical cleaners and machinery.
One to two years custodial experience preferable but not required - will provide on the job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is searching for Team Lead who will assist in the operation of the England Run store location. As a Team Lead you will assist in the supervision of the sales floor and processing department in absence of management, assuring goods are made available to the public in a clean, attractive environment with the best customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Behave as a model worker in terms of personal appearance, behavior, quantity, and quality of work done.
Maintain the 5 S standards and score requirements consistently.
Assure exceptionally friendly customer service.
Assure the visual appearance and cleanliness of entire sales floor, including replenishment of merchandise, display of merchandise and advertising signs are clean and attractive.
Assist cashiers with voids, refunds, change and X and Z readings as needed.
Assure the best quality merchandise, removing poor quality, damaged or aged merchandise from the sales floor.
Maintain safe shopping and working conditions throughout the sales floor, taking immediate actions to correct problems with fixtures and equipment and reports violations to Store Manager.
Adhere to security policies and enforces all security rules and regulations and report incidents to Store Manager.
Assist in any other store functions as needed to assure all work goals are met.
Reinforce cross training across store functions.
Keep store manager informed of problems and successes relating to the sales floor and processing department.
All other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and blackout periods which may vary from week to week as well as occasional overtime when approved by management.

 Education/Training:

High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years retail or related experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Must complete all RGI Team Lead training programs.
Completion of all additional mandatory trainings will be required as outlined by your supervisor to retain this position.

Physical Demands:

Verbal and written communications, bending/walking/lifting to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions:

Retail Store environment, some outside.

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is searching for E-Commerce Store Specialist located at our Culpeper Goodwill. The E-commerce Store Specialist supports 100% of the E-Commerce effort in stores and will act as the core resource in a store for evaluation of product to partner with the store management team to identify and select donated products for sale online to meet predetermined goals. This position will thoroughly examine each product to determine the correct condition, manufacturer, and other pertinent criteria, write concise, appealing, and accurate descriptions necessary to list items on the best online platform available to maximize sales. They will provide training to store staff on product evaluation and pricing for both E-Commerce and stores.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Maintain and streamline the evaluation process and technique.
Source high value donations from the donation stream.
Partner with and train the stores donations and production teams to identify and evaluate products for E-Commerce and stores.
Manifest products for E-Commerce.
Record and document metrics including production numbers and weekly goals.
Ability to meet daily goals of identifying high value products and deadlines.
Use computers, mobile devices, books and online sources to research value and authenticity of items.
Evaluate, research, prep, and price products.
Fill in at another E-Commerce site as needed.
Communicate with E-Commerce team for consistency, ongoing training, and productivity.
Act as liaison between stores and e-commerce and ensure all merchandise is sent out to e-commerce in a timely manner.
Focus on quality control procedures to ensure that every item is described correctly.
Describe and title product accurately with keywords.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures.
Research items, accurately portray, weigh, measure, using disclaimers and assign shipping and handling charges appropriately.
Meet or exceed daily productivity goals through the efficient handling of product, processing items quickly and accurately.
Follow safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.
Perform routine tasks according to established processes and ensure that each item is credited to the store that sent it.
Foster and demonstrate a positive team environment.
Fully and accurately write all product descriptions and attributes (including damages).
Assist in pulling items for re-listing.
Assist in sorting, identifying, and preparing items for photography.
Assist in filing items and maintaining the shelves.
Help facilitate shipment of sold items if needed.
Perform other job duties as required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

 Education/Training:  

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year&rsquo;s industrial production and working with people with disabilities experience preferred.

Ability to stand and move around for extended periods, lift objects up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, turning and repetitive motions.

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is searching for Part Time Evening Custodians - for MCB-Quantico 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM  shift to join our team.   As a Custodian you will perform routine maintenance activities for Military Base Buildings including cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors, dusting, and polishing fixtures and furniture, gathering and emptying trash, replacing trash liners as needed, wiping down trash receptacle as needed, scrubbing, sanitizing, and supplying restroom facilities, cleaning windows, mirrors, door-handles, switch-plates, and partitions,  assuring custodial closets are clean, orderly, stocked, and equipment works properly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
Dust, clean, and polish fixtures and furniture.
Gather and empty trash - replace trash liners as needed - wipe down trash receptacle as needed. 
Scrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facilities. 
Clean windows, mirrors, door-handles, switch-plates, and partitions.
Assure custodial closets are clean, orderly, stocked, and equipment works properly.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
Notify manager of any need of repairs, damage, or additional needs.
Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENS:

High School diploma or equivalent. 
Must be DBIDS (Defense Biometric Identification System) eligible.
This position requires a drug screen and background check.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Ability to read and mix cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning, according to instructions.
Ability to be flexible, work at a fast pace, in a multi-tasked job, as well as be dependable and timely.
Ability to read and follow use of chemical cleaners and machinery.
One to two years custodial experience preferable but not required - will provide on the job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.
