      <description><![CDATA[This New York City&ndash;based role is responsible for the end-to-end financial management of programs and activations for a single key client. The Client Finance Manager supports budgeting, tracking, invoicing, reporting, and financial governance across all client workstreams. This includes managing purchase orders, assisting with SOWs, overseeing accounts receivable, and partnering with internal teams to analyze budgets and expenses. The role also supports monthly and quarterly financial processes and handles occasional ad hoc requests. The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting background, advanced Excel skills, and working knowledge of NetSuite. All work is performed to ensure alignment with client expectations and agency standards.
 
Responsibilities: 
&middot;      Support client / program budgeting:
o   Assist agency teams in developing and maintaining detailed budgets for client programs and activations, including timely roll-up into internal financial systems.
o   Monitor and track any approved budget changes throughout the project lifecycle.
o   Review and validate all budgets before submission to the client.
&middot;      Provide program financial governance:
o   Conduct ongoing account and budget analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
o   Partner with project teams to review resource allocations (e.g., hours vs. budget) and provide variance analysis.
o   Analyze spending patterns, pricing, and other financial drivers as needed.
o   Review expense transactions and allocations to ensure consistency with approved budgets.
&middot;      Deliver commercial and operational insights:
o   Partner with the Senior Finance Manager to review program status and identify financial risks or opportunities.
o   Reconcile budgets at the conclusion of each program or activation and prepare close-out documentation.
&middot;      Manage internal and client-facing financial reporting:
o   Review relevant general ledger activity and recommend journal entries as needed.
o   Prepare and analyze reports for internal stakeholders and the client, including program-level financial summaries.
o   Build and maintain Excel-based reporting tools using live NetSuite queries, formatted and formula-driven for reconciliation, client reporting, and program financial tracking.
&middot;      Manage invoicing, A/R, and financial documentation:
o   Manage all invoices related to client programs, ensuring alignment with agreed scopes and schedules.
o   Track and reconcile client purchase orders against agency billing.
o   Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
o   Assist with reviewing and confirming payment terms in Schedules of Work (SOWs).
o   Track and manage program-level credits and financial adjustments as needed.
&middot;      Support month-end and ad hoc financial activities:
o   Assist with month-end tasks such as auto revenue recognition, journal entries, and financial summaries related to the client&rsquo;s projects.
o   Respond to ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders or the client in a timely and thorough manner.
 
What You Bring to the Table: 
&middot;      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
&middot;      4+ years of experience in accounting and/or FP&A; event/marketing agency experience preferred.
&middot;      Advanced Excel skills required, including live query management, formula development, and formatting for financial reporting and reconciliation tools.
&middot;      Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred; working knowledge of NetSuite reporting and live data queries is a strong plus.
&middot;      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
&middot;      Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
&middot;      Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
&middot;      Hybrid work schedule: ability to commute to office two days per week.

Responsibilities:

What You Bring to the Table: 
&middot;      6+ years of experience in producing a variety of experiential marketing events
&middot;      3+ years of experience managing multiple full-time Production resources with demonstrable background in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring teams

Acting as a key liaison between House of Whiskey & Rums and House of Agave brand teams, agencies, and global markets, the specialist drives consistency in asset management, supports website development, and manages integrated workflows including campaigns, stakeholder requests, and global initiatives. This full-time position, based in New York City, is responsible for supporting and managing our clients&rsquo; social channels, as well as critical support for digital, asset management and cross-portfolio administrative activities.
 
Social Media
&middot;      Social Listening & Reporting
o   Work within Meltwater to connect the brand social channels, generating always-on dashboards. Social listening is checked daily for rising trends and if relevant, flagged to brand teams. Social reporting done on a weekly and monthly basis for all brands to analyze the data, pull key learnings and optimizations
&sect;  Social KPIs and benchmarks established per brand at beginning of the year
&sect;  Meltwater measurement platform liaison
&sect;  Earned measurement lead covering both traditional & social earned results (supported by PR & relevant agencies) 
&sect;  Regular social listening reports for key brands 
 
&middot;      Content Scheduling & Posting for HOWR Brands
o   Once social calendars are finalized, all content is uploaded to Meltwater for the appropriate date across all accounts. As necessary, post natively on the platforms for Instagram posts/stories with functionality outside of platform (ie. Links, collab posts, stickers, etc.)
 
&middot;      Community Management
o   Act as in-house liaison for brand social communities.  Monitor and engage on all social channels across all brands to respond to comments on posts, reply to messages, filter customer service requests, pass on influencer requests, liaise with local markets on specific requests, interact with community/like-minded brands. 
o   Around new campaigns/ launches/LTOs/etc., work with brand team/local teams to develop FAQ documents and WoW
 
&middot;      Content Project Manager
o   Work with Integrated Comms manager and the brand&rsquo;s creative agencies to provide feedback on monthly calendars (prior to brand team approval), provide subject matter expertise, and assure alignment to strategy.

Digital Support
&middot;      Content & Asset Management
o   Management of internal DAM system for HOWR & A; supporting uploads & rights management
