What You Will Do
Serve as a community-facing ambassador for Movement Schools.
As a Field Team Member, you will help drive enrollment and community awareness by:


Engaging with families, community members, and local organizations to share information about our schools and programs


Representing Movement Schools at community events, fairs, and local businesses


Distributing promotional materials and answering questions from prospective families


Planning and supporting on-campus and off-campus events that showcase school communities


Collaborating with school staff to ensure events are welcoming, organized, and impactful


Supporting social media and online engagement efforts by promoting positive school messaging


Recruiting, supporting, and coordinating community ambassadors to extend outreach efforts


Organizing ambassador-led tours and information sessions for prospective families


Building and maintaining partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and educational institutions


Collecting outreach data and sharing insights to improve future engagement strategies

Travel
The Field Team Member  will travel 100% of the time; locations will vary. Tasks while traveling may include the following:


Visit surrounding communities including daycare centers, housing complexes, businesses, etc.


Hosting tours at different Movement School campuses


A valid driver&rsquo;s license is required to fulfill this role .
Preferred Qualifications


Experience in marketing, promotions, community outreach, or a related field


Experience working with families, schools, or community-based organizations


Familiarity with grassroots outreach, enrollment efforts, or brand ambassadorship


Comfort engaging on social media platforms as a representative of an organization

Compensation & Schedule

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and growth-minded Teacher in Residence to join our school community as they work toward full teacher certification. This role is ideal for aspiring educators who are ready to learn in a high-impact classroom environment, grow their instructional practice, and develop the skills needed to become a strong, effective teacher.
As a Teacher in Residence, you will work closely with a mentor teacher, school leaders, and instructional coaches to gain hands-on experience, receive targeted coaching, and build the foundation for a successful teaching career.

Help plan lessons, create materials, and implement instructional strategies


Support scholars&rsquo; social-emotional development and positive behavior


Assist with data collection and progress monitoring to inform instruction

Participate in coaching cycles, professional development, and reflection


Complete requirements for teacher certification/licensure pathway
