The role involves overseeing program finance, scheduling, pricing, and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, ensuring compliance and effective execution throughout the program lifecycle. This role reports to the CFO.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities include providing oversight and direction for program financials including budgets, funding, revenue recognition, project accounting, invoicing, and cash collection in partnership with the Program Manager.
Support pricing activities related to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP).
Manage all finance-related deliverables for the successful execution of the contract, including corroboration with supply chain and programs to align on cash flows, milestones and execution schedules.
Manage the development of program-specific standards and process instructions for planning, scheduling, and financial controls.
Lead the periodic EAC (Estimate at Complete) and baseline processes
Prepare and present Earned Value (EV) financial data for periodic reviews
Program control including understanding and interpreting monthly variance analysis, billing
Provide proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects, actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and recommend alternatives to senior management.
Mentor and develop other members within the finance team
Support Ad Hoc Tasks & Analysis as required and perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.


Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
10 years of relevant work experience in program finance-related roles (preferably supporting government contracts); OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant work experience
Previous program control experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to build reports and charts for various requirements.
Experience leading or supporting EVMS deliverables and requirements.
Working knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), GAAP, and FAR/DFARS standard clauses.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Key Responsibilities
Industrial Security Leadership

Lead day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of the company's industrial security program in accordance with NISPOM, DCSA requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies
Directly manage and mentor Facility Security Officers, establishing clear priorities, responsibilities, performance expectations, and professional development pathways
Oversee implementation and ongoing compliance with the company's FOCI mitigation program, including governance, reporting, access controls, and security procedures
Serve as the primary executive liaison between the Security Management Official and senior company leadership
Act as a key point of contact with DCSA and other government security stakeholders on industrial security and FOCI matters
Advise leadership on security risks, compliance issues, emerging threats, and recommended mitigation measures
Lead security assessments, audits, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure security policies, procedures, records, and reporting accurately reflect applicable government and contractual requirements

Physical Security and Guard Force Oversight

Oversee comprehensive physical security programs protecting personnel, facilities, classified and sensitive information, and company property
Maintain effective access control, visitor management, badging, alarm, surveillance, and other physical security measures
Manage the company's contracted guard-force vendor, including performance evaluation, staffing, service levels, compliance, and contract requirements
Ensure guard-force operations meet company, contractual, regulatory, and government requirements
Assess physical security risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures

Security Operations and Incident Response

Oversee investigations and response to security incidents, including unauthorized access, security violations, threats, theft, property loss, and other security-related events
Maintain security-related emergency, contingency, and incident response plans
Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, government agencies, legal counsel, Human Resources, and other stakeholders as appropriate
Support security awareness initiatives and promote a culture of security accountability throughout the organization



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, National Security, or related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
12+ years of progressive experience in industrial security, corporate security, defense contracting, government security, military security, law enforcement, intelligence, or a related field
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading security programs within a cleared defense contractor or similarly regulated environment
Direct experience with NISPOM, DCSA requirements, and FOCI mitigation
Experience managing security personnel and overseeing contracted security or guard-force services
Strong understanding of industrial and physical security, risk management, investigations, and incident response

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Build, maintain, and patch systems for the manufacturing facility in Camden, Arkansas to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT systems and applications.
You will provide System Administration in a heterogeneous Windows & RedHat Enterprise Linux environment.
Advanced understanding and knowledge of Windows infrastructure services and Linux distributions to include DNS, File sharing protocols, DHCP, AD integration via LDAP, file system structures and permissions.
Working as a team member in a fast-paced technological environment. Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems of a moderate to high scope and complexity to include the integration of hardware and operating systems (OS).
Understanding of data backup uses and technologies.
Install and configure software applications requested by end users.
Work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements.
Setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.
Coordinating system administrative support for training development/evaluations and operations and sustainment plans

The Data Manager identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system. The DM identifies, with help from the Program Office, the appropriate preparers, receives the data within PDM, reviews the data for compliance, solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval and delivers the information to the customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
 
In addition, DMs are responsible for reviewing sub-tier contractor requirements, building data tracks for supplier submissions, receiving data from various suppliers, and routing for approval and/or incorporation into prime contractor deliverables to the customer as well as securing non-deliverable program work products to be configuration controlled in the PDM system and other related tasking. Collaboration and coordination with Configuration Management will also be required.
What You Will Do

      <description><![CDATA[Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture (JV) is seeking a proven, high performing Warehouse Associate to fill this key role supporting a dynamic and growing joint venture. This role is responsible for performing warehouse, material handling and transportation duties in a secure, classified environment. This role ensures the safe handling, storage, movement, and delivery of controlled and classified material while maintaining strict compliance with security protocols, transportation regulations and company procedures. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify classified and unclassified material in accordance with approved SOPs.
Accurately store materials in designated secure locations following access control requirements 
Pick, stage and prepare classified shipments using approved packaging and documentation procedures
Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jacks, and yard truck
Transportation material using company vehicle om compliance with CDL regulations and DOT requirements
Preform inventory transactions in Warehouse Management System (WMS) or authorized tracking system
Conduct cycle counts and supports physical inventory in secure areas
Maintain strict adherence to security, and government compliance requirements
Ensure all material is safe guarded at all times and report any security discrepancies immediately
Follow all safety, environmental and hazardous material handling requirements 
Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work environment
Support audits, inspections and compliance reviews 
Perform other duties as assigned in support of warehouse operations

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), three months or more related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to drive a forklift, order picker, reach truck and yard truck
Must be well organized
Must be fast paced
Must be able to lift 30lbs consistently throughout the day
Must be willing to handle hazardous materials.
Must be a team player
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, opening and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 
Knowledge of warehouse operations within a secure or regulated environment
Understanding chain of custody and controlled material handling procedure
Ability to follow detailed written instructions, SOPs and security protocols 
Strong attention to detail and accountability
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Basic computer skills for inventory system and documentation 
Effective communication skills and ability to work as a part of a trusted team
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Active Secret clearance
Experience in a government contracting environment with DoD and non-DoD customers.

The selected candidate will be responsible to perform final assembly of energetic sections building large scale missiles. Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Perform assembly and checkout of air defense weapon systems.
Handle warheads, pyrotechnic devices, and complete air defense weapons systems.
Work with computer systems and applications.
Perform hardware movement in factory.
Follow all documented processes and procedures involving assembly and focus on proper material handling is always adhered to.
Willing to work with explosive items.
Ability to operate pneumatic and manual tools.
Capable of using manual torque tools.
Follow detailed work instructions and detailed processes to ensure hardware conformance.
Support and champion Lean Manufacturing in all processes and areas of responsibility.
Participates in meetings to acquire knowledge necessary to assist in continuance of production operations.
Provide work assignments and instruction to team member operators as needed.
Provides leadership to other team members during completion of assigned tasks.
The above includes but is not limited to making sure that all documented
processes and procedures involving assembly and a focus on proper material handling are adhered to.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Position Summary
The Lead Engineer will provide technical leadership for a team supporting the production of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical subassemblies, and All-Up-Round (AUR) assemblies for the Iron Dome system.
Working cross-functionally with Program Management, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, you will drive technical execution, production readiness, and continuous improvement while ensuring products are delivered on schedule and in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting production operations.
Partner with Program Management and the Chief Engineer to develop and execute project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Provide technical direction and lead engineering peer reviews.
Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Drive technical issues to resolution while communicating status to leadership.
Identify and manage program risks and opportunities.
Support proposal development, Basis of Estimate (BOE) preparation, and future program planning.
Evaluate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) for cost, schedule, and technical impacts.
Review and release Technical Data Packages (TDPs) through Engineering Review Boards (ERBs) and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
Serve as delegate chair for Configuration Control Boards and Engineering Review Boards.
Develop and present technical briefings to customers, including international engineering teams.
Support program reviews, staffing forecasts, Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews, proposal costing, and monthly performance metrics.
Travel to supplier and production facilities to evaluate manufacturing processes, tooling, production readiness, inventory management, and factory layouts.
Support Quality Engineering with AS9102 First Article Inspection reviews.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of engineering experience within the aerospace or defense industry.

Strong understanding of configuration management principles.

What You Will Do

Deliver comprehensive program financial updates including budgets, funding, revenue recognition, project accounting, invoicing, and cash collection in partnership with the Program Manager
Generate and deliver external USG financial Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) including Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Reports (IPMDAR) and Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSR)
Support pricing activities related to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP)
Collaborate with supply chain and program teams to align cash flows, milestones, and execution schedules for successful contract execution
Develop and support program-specific standards and process instructions for planning, scheduling, and financial controls
Support periodic Estimate at Complete (EAC) and baseline processes
Drive Contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, including variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, and comprehensive data analysis and reporting
Perform program control activities including monthly variance analysis interpretation and billing oversight
Provide proactive financial analysis of all project aspects, identifying risks that affect cost and schedule while recommending strategic alternatives to senior management
Support ad hoc tasks and analysis as required, performing all other position-related duties as assigned



Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience in program finance-related roles (preferably supporting government contracts); OR an Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience
Previous program control experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have the ability to build reports and charts for various requirements
Experience leading or supporting Earned Value Management System (EVMS) deliverables and requirements
Working knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and FAR/DFARS standard clauses
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
U.S. citizenship (required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements)
