Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Development

Design and produce marketing materials across print and digital channels, including brochures, catalogs, advertisements, trade show materials, presentations, and educational resources.
Create and maintain visual consistency across all Biotics Research brands and marketing campaigns.
Develop creative assets for email marketing, websites, social media, and digital advertising.
Assist in the evolution and maintenance of the Biotics Research brand identity.

Product Packaging & Labeling

Design and update product labels, packaging, and related materials.
Ensure all labels and packaging comply with applicable FDA regulations and company standards.
Coordinate routing, approval, and version control of packaging artwork.

Digital Marketing Support

Create graphics for social media platforms, email campaigns, Amazon listings, and website content.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign development and content creation.
Support video, animation, and multimedia projects as needed.

This position is for 2nd shift Mon-Thurs 1:30p-12am. This position is responsible for maintaining the facility and manufacturing equipment to ensure departments operate in accordance with FDA regulatory requirements as well as company procedures and policies.
Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Cleaning and maintaining packaging rooms in accordance with cGMPs
- Accurately filling out and following instructions as specified on manufacturing/packaging records
- Moving packaged products to the designated staging area at the end of each packaging run
- Making sure the packaging areas are maintained in a safe, clean and organized manner
- Observing all GMP, Safety and company policies

-Operating all equipment associated with blending. (Scales, blenders, powered picking-trucks, pallet jacks, sifters, ladders, and mills
- Examining and verifying raw materials to be blended, based on identifying recorded data on containers labels/tags and production batch records
- Follow batch record processing steps to ensure the correct ingredients and proper quantities are added per processing instructions  
- Retrieve batches or raw materials that require a blending procedure from the staging location into the assigned blending room/area
- Preparing powders for mixing such as milling, pre-blending, and sifting
- Clean, assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot basic blending equipment to ensure that the equipment is safe and ready to use.
- Must be able to climb step ladder to elevated height to perform blending and cleaning duties of the position
- Report any discrepancies to the Production Supervisor for resolution
- Correctly complete room and equipment logs before, during, and after a blending procedure is being performed
- Properly wear and use PPE&rsquo;s (back support, safety glasses, strap harness, gloves, footwear, respirators, protective coverall) to perform the job
