Positions Summary: 
Operate CNC (computer numerical control) milling machines to perform machining operations on metal or plastic workpieces. Responsible for producing quality parts by following work instructions, blueprints, and inspection requirements while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO
&middot;         Measure part dimensions and verify requirements using appropriate gauges and measuring instruments. 
&middot;         Record inspection results and complete check sheets as required. 
&middot;         Load and unload workpieces into machines manually when weight permits and in accordance with safety requirements. 
&middot;         Operate cranes, hoists, or lifting devices as needed. 
&middot;         Maintain cleanliness of machines and surrounding work area. 
&middot;         Operate basic CNC machine controls and make adjustments based on part measurements. 
&middot;         Index or replace insert tooling as needed. 
&middot;         Monitor and maintain proper oil and coolant levels. 
&middot;         Deburr, polish, and finish parts to specification. 
&middot;         Accurately track time and &ldquo;clock in&rdquo; to the appropriate job or work order. 
&middot;         Adjust tool offsets as required to maintain part tolerances. 
&middot;         Change, replace, and install tooling required for production runs. 
&middot;         Touch off and set tools as required for the job. 
&middot;         Compare blueprint dimensions to inspection check sheet requirements. 
&middot;         Perform basic CNC program editing as needed. 
&middot;         Calculate surface feet per minute (SFM) and feed rates for tooling applications. 
&middot;         Load and unload programs to and from CNC machines and computer systems. 
&middot;         Perform basic machine setups and changeovers from part to part. 
&middot;         Perform basic bench work and assembly operations as needed. 
&middot;         Perform basic setup and operation of CNC equipment. 
&middot;         Perform basic manual CNC programming. 
&middot;         Perform basic CAD programming, including 2D machining work. 
&middot;         Build basic fixtures using prints, work instructions, or supervisor guidance. 
&middot;         Read and interpret blueprints proficiently. 
&middot;         Calibrate and efficiently use measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and indicators.

Required Qualifications
&middot;         2 plus years of experience in machining/ manufacturing industry
&middot;         Must be proficient in all Operator &ndash; Level 3 Essential Functions
Preferred Qualifications
&middot;         High School Diploma or GED required

Positions Summary: 
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for coordinating and processing all incoming and outgoing shipments in a manufacturing environment. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk verifies shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, maintains organized inventory and shipping records, and works with carriers to ensure timely transportation of products while supporting overall production and customer delivery schedules.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
&middot;         Receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing contents to packing slips, purchase orders, and job numbers
&middot;         Prepare documents, such as packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials
&middot;         Record shipment information such as weights, quantities, freight charges, and any damages or discrepancies for recordkeeping purposes
&middot;         Determined the appropriate shipping method and carrier based on delivery requirements and shipping procedures
&middot;         Pack, seal, label, wrap and prepare materials for shipment in accordance with customer requirements and best practice shipping procedures
&middot;         Communicate with vendors, carriers and internal departments to resolve shipping and receiving issues including shortages, damages, and nonconforming materials
&middot;         Unload incoming shipments and transport material and supplies to designated areas
&middot;         Coordinate with carrier representatives to schedule pickups, arrange deliveries, and provide shipping instructions to ensure timely shipment of materials and products. 
&middot;         Ensure all incoming finished and semi-finished materials are inspected by quality control before logging them into inventory or staging them for outbound outsource processes

Required Qualifications

&middot;         Be able to drive and operate a fork-lift
&middot;         Basic computer skills and general operating knowledge

Maintain a safe, clean workspace, managing coolant and oil levels, and using cranes or hoists when needed.
Finish with pride, deburring, polishing, and preparing final components that will help power America&rsquo;s military and industrial strength.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable, trustworthy, and safety-conscious
Ability to organize and complete tasks within deadlines
Willingness to work at a sustained pace and handle occasional pressure
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) &mdash; safety glasses, protective footwear, ear plugs, face shield
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and drive for personal growth
Willing to work some overtime voluntarily and when requested


Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a manufacturing, machining, or CNC environment
Experience setting up and operating CNC machines
Familiarity with using precision gauges and measuring tools
Ability to read blueprints and interpret part dimensions
Ability to adjust machine offsets and troubleshoot minor issues
