INSPERITY APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM
DATA COLLECTION NOTICE

When you create a profile on Insperity Careers and apply to a job posting to work as an Insperity corporate employee or to obtain a position for which we are recruiting for a client company, we collect the information you provide, including contact information (e.g., name, email address, phone number, physical address), resume, and employment history. Profile, job application, and resume data will be collected, transmitted and stored at Insperity’s data centers located in the United States and used and maintained by Insperity to evaluate your candidacy for the job(s) in which you applied, and to provide notification for future job openings for your consideration.

Insperity will not disclose, sell, lease or trade your data collected in the applicant tracking system, except that Insperity may disclose the data to its client companies, its affiliates, and its third-party licensor providing the applicant tracking system, or as needed to comply with applicable laws, court order, or any regulatory authority. Insperity will secure your data provided in this system in the same manner as it stores the confidential personal information of its employees. Data entered into the system will be accessible by Insperity or its affiliates’ personnel authorized to access the data. Insperity will retain data in accordance with its established record retention policies.
