About the role:  

As a Temporary Associate Inventory Allocator, you will play a key role in supporting Rhone’s Q4 growth by ensuring our inventory is placed in the right channels at the right time. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while working directly with Merchandise Planners and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Channel Leads and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Optimize inventory positions among Rhone’s warehouse and store fleet based on overall company and channel goals.

  • Execute inventory transfers across sales channels to ensure healthy inventory balance.

  • Plan, monitor, and support allocation strategies on forward-season purchase orders.

  • Work closely with store management on allocations and product needs.

  • Recap weekly selling for Retail Stores.

  • Collaborate with key cross-functional partners to ensure merchandise strategy is supported by inventory allocations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs and support the success of the team.

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management or allocation experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite of products; intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.

  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

  • Experience utilizing an Inventory Management Software to assist in inventory allocation and analysis.

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • An entrepreneurial attitude, and a passion for working on fast-paced, dynamic teams.
