About The Role

Are you a highly organized, dynamic professional who loves being the heartbeat of a bustling office? We are looking for a Reception and Office Manager to be the welcoming face and operational anchor of our headquarters 5 days a week in Stamford. In this pivotal role, you will do much more than manage the front desk; you will shape the daily experience of our team and guests. From coordinating essential meetings and orchestrating seamless office logistics to managing vendors and planning vibrant onsite events, you will be the driving force behind an efficient, professional, and positive workplace. What You’ll Do

Reception & Administrative Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, manage mail/deliveries, and provide primary front-desk coverage.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, mailing, scanning, filing, etc.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with general expense reporting and budget tracking for office operation

Office Management

  • Act as a point of contact for office vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Manage office supply inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
  • Take direct responsibility for the daily cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and Slurpee hall. This is a core function of the role and includes hands-on tasks such as washing dishes, loading/unloading the dishwasher, wiping counters, and ensuring these high-traffic areas remain pristine throughout the day.
  • Support in the coordination of office-wide meetings, events, and team-building activities.
  • Plan various events for employees that range in scope and size from lunches to our annual company-wide offsite.
  • Manage employee parking passes and building access cards, coordinating with building management in a timely manner.
  • Support special projects and perform general administrative duties as assigned.
  • Improve employee retention through active communication and problem-solving efforts.
