Working across multiple camps requires someone who can build relationships quickly, manage competing priorities, and move comfortably between family conversations, administrative coordination, and detailed financial work. The Specialist will partner closely with Camp Directors, camp staff, and central Finance while serving as a consistent resource across multiple camps.

You can move easily between people and systems, manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details, and work independently while staying closely connected to a broader team.
