A large Southeast full service law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with at least one year of experience handling commercial real estate transactions. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience negotiating real estate contracts, assisting with title, survey and due diligence matters, drafting  documents (contracts, leases,  easement agreements, etc.).
• Experience preparing closing documents, and coordinating closings. 
• Must have academic excellence.
• Able to manage a high work flow in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent drafting skills.
