ServiceNow HRSD Analyst
6+ Months W2 Contract
Remote, PST Preferred.
The Challenge:
As an HRSD Analyst, you will play a critical role supporting and maintaining the HRSD ServiceNow application during run the business (RTB) activities, as well as project support. You will be able to get vast experience within various applications in ServiceNow, but primarily be working under the HRSD (Employee Workflows) scope and applications gathering, documenting, testing, and releasing core functionality for the business teams across our Employee Experience (EX) function at Adobe, such as Payroll, Equity, Benefits, HR, Global Mobility, etc.
What you'll do:- Assist with the design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy technical solutions within ServiceNow
- Prepare as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis in partnership with HR tech and business teams
- Assist with request intake and working with core business stakeholders for routine enhancement requests or defects
- Document and refine RTB enhancements and defects
- Assists HRSD Tech Team with backlog management and design workshops
- Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall system performance
- Set testing criteria, perform testing, and collaborate with business units to complete testing with objective to deliver quality product
- Contribute to change management and training efforts
- Writing/modifying stories in Jira
- Work with solutions architect, integration analysts and reporting teams to deliver the desired business objectives.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions
- Support release management, reviews release summaries, and release readiness documents as needed
What you'll need:- ServiceNow System Admin certification (required)
- HRSD Implementation certification (preferred)
- Experience in HRSD architecture certification (preferred)
- Experience in gathering a documenting business requirement for ServiceNow
- Experience with creating test documentation
- Experience in SLA models
- Business stakeholder management and communications
- Rationalizing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
- Experience using Jira
Pay Range:
$47.88 - $59.85 / HR
