Description
Our multinational client, a leader in the manufacture of optoelectronic components, is in search of experts for their branch in the Czech Republic, specifically:
Customer Service Administrator – Automotive LED (d/m/f)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for following up offers, processing orders and communicating with our customers and all relevant stakeholders
  • Independent order processing of delivery schedules and individual orders in accordance with SOA guidelines (on the SAP R/3 systems)
  • Consignment stock processing with stock management, stock control and inventory taking for the lamps and LED sector
  • Application of national and international tax legislation (VAT guidelines) in the context of export processing
  • Ensuring delivery service through contact with internal logistics centers and monitoring of delivery reliability
  • Processing of complaints of a commercial and technical nature, as well as the supplier reliability
  • Creation and maintenance of master data and electronic data processing of all customer-specific reports

Qualifications

  • Business education or comparable qualification
  • Work experience with additional specialist qualifications (e.g. sales and negotiation skills) required
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
  • Independence and ability to work on your own initiative, as well as good interpersonal skills in dealing with customers
  • Extensive product and technical knowledge, as well as process and logistics knowledge to support the customers is required
  • Very good written and spoken English, German is an advantage
