We are recruiting a Finance Manager to join our team of health care professionals. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the General Accounting and Financial Reporting functions for the Company. The Finance Manager is responsible for providing management and others with the analysis, insights, information, and support they need to make sound operational, financial, and strategic decisions. The Finance Manager is also responsible for implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls that will ensure that Company assets are adequately safeguarded and that all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with all financial policies, conforming to principles of accounting and regulatory requirements.

Salary Range: $114,300 - $145,800 annually, depending on experience

Position responsibilities:- Oversees, with a hands-on approach, the monthly close and financial statement preparation process. This will include analysis of reporting from the Company’s transactional system and ensures financial statements are timely, complete, and accurate.
- Analyzes the financial position and results of operations of the Company and anticipates, researches and resolves significant, unusual or unexpected transactions or results.
- Provides decision support and advice on company financial and investment decisions.
- Participates in strategic analysis, research, and modeling to support strategic decision making.
- Presents monthly financial results to the President and parent Company management, and performs research and analysis as needed to address questions or concerns.
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
- Manages the development of and performance to company budgets and targets. Prepare and present forecasts, reports and other analysis, including detailed reviews, continual review of current processes to identify and implement improvements, and provide insight and recommendations for cost savings or profitability improvement strategies.
- Manage the company's financial, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Produces long term business plans based on company data.
- Designs and implements reporting processes to provide relevant decision-making information and analysis to users while ensuring accuracy and managing financial risk.
- Accountable for establishing the Company’s financial policies and procedures, including internal controls, and ensuring that processes are put in place to provide reasonable assurance that the Company assets are protected and that financial statements are both complete and accurate.
- Ability to perform technical accounting research (GAAP). At times, this may include involvement in due diligence and other activities surrounding acquisitions/dispositions.
- Responsible for proper timing and application of revenue recognition rules.
- Ensures that the Company’s Rx transactional system adequately supports accounting and finance needs. Ability to design and perform detailed testing of reporting used from the Rx transactional system will be required in order to ensure that reports used for the Company’s accounting purposes are complete and accurate.
- Strong time-management and organization skills; ability to move multiple work streams forward at once and actively prioritize projects.
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines, as well as ability to maintain flexibility to shift priorities and reprioritize (both for individual workload as well as supervised team). Willingness to work additional hours when necessary.
- Coordinates work relating to external audits in the periodic review of the Company financial records. Is further responsible for the implementation of agreed upon recommendations related to areas of responsibility, resulting from the audit findings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA license, Master’s degree preferred.
- 4-8 years of combined Public Accounting and Private Industry accounting.
- Prior experience with financial planning & analysis is strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication and diplomacy skills.
- Advanced knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
- Infusion Pharmacy background preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions.
- Experience in analyzing business performance and developing financial plans
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting, required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are mandatory.
