Whether it’s caring for a newborn in Pediatrics or providing support in the ICU, you’ll be using your skills to deliver quality care in every area!
What You'll Do:- Provide direct care to patients of all ages across a wide range of specialties – from OB and Pediatrics to ER and Behavioral Health.
- Use your clinical judgment to assess, plan, and deliver nursing care that improves patient outcomes.
- Work with a supportive team to develop individualized care plans that prioritize patient well-being.
- Be a clinical leader – if you’re up for it, there’s a chance to step into a Charge Nurse role, guiding your team through patient care and emergency situations with confidence.
- Ability to obtain an RN license in Montana (or compact license with multi-state privileges).
- Previous experience as an RN preferred (bonus points for certifications like ACLS, PALS, and TNCC!).
- A passion for patient care and the ability to adapt to new challenges in a variety of clinical settings.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays – because healthcare never takes a break.
