Become a key player as a Change Management Lead:
Workday is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Lead to drive organizational transformation initiatives within their Global Procurement Organization. This role is essential in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

• Develop, implement, and iterate comprehensive change management plans aligned with Workday’s global procurement transformation strategy.

• Create and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communication and training materials.

• Monitor team sentiment and address any issues related to the change process.

• Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to guide their teams through change.

• Analyze data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives and recommend improvements.

• Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new changes.

• Lead large-scale organizational transformation projects to success.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in change management.

• Bachelor's degree in organization development, business administration, or relevant experience.

• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale organizational transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of change management methodologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Here’s what else might help you out:

• Certification in change management (e.g., SSGI, CCMP, etc.).

• Experience in procurement or working with procurement teams.

• Familiarity with driving change in a fast-paced, dynamic tech company (SaaS preferred).

Pay Range:
$53.00 - $64.50/hour
