Sales Systems and Tools Enablement Specialist
6+ Month W2 Contract

As an experienced sales enablement professional, you will play a key role in improving the productivity of our Digital Media (DMe) Corporate sales teams by designing, developing and delivering training on essential sales systems and tools (SST). You will be joining the Global Sales Enablement team (GSE), enabling the DMe Corporate Sales teams with a mission to ensure sellers are enabled to continuously deliver strong business results.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
- Design, develop, and deliver blended versions of SST enablement for foundational New Hire Training and for tenured Corporate Sales team members.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to identify and address skill gaps in SST utilization.
- Continuously strive to improve the relevance, impact, and overall quality of SST training. Key responsibilities include
- Partner with our Platform Excellence team (PX) regularly to obtain the most recent updates to SST.
- Engage with seller feedback data including attendance, completion, adoption, usage, and satisfaction in order to focus on addressing skill gaps and ongoing SST updates.
- Facilitate dynamic training, in-person and virtual, focused on the effective utilization of sales tools and best practices to enhance seller productivity.
- Provide support to sales teams promoting the use of relevant tools, while calling out best practices reducing friction during SST-related workflows.
- Engage with GSE managers and colleagues to align SST enablement to our sales process.
- Provide Train the Trainer sessions to GSE colleagues when required to scale training session globally.
- Programmatically ensure all SST enablement content is current and relevant.
- Identify and report on the impact of SST training (e.g., adoption, accuracy, and improved productivity).
- Proactively gather and apply seller and Sales leader insights, use cases, feedback, and requirements for ongoing improvements.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Proven experience developing and delivering sales systems and tools training, preferably in a large technology company
- Proven expertise developing sales enablement content and delivering engaging and impactful training
- Optional, but preferred: Experience with Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus, and Dynamics 365 CRM
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay Range:
$63.00 - $70.42/hour
