CG Financial Services is hiring an Insurance Agency Operations Manager focused on driving operations and growth for the business. This person will successfully lead a team of professionals, develop and execute strategy, and maintain a positive outlook to support our internal culture and core values.

Job Responsibilities:
· Must have an exceptional understanding of independent agency operations including cash flow models, carrier relationships, financial value, contracts, commission schedules, etc.
· Identify opportunities for growth and improvement through establishing key quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines and standards.
· Review, analyze, and implement business policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations while gaining buy-in and support from the leadership team and direct reports.
· Lead coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
· Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or two (2) years’ related experience
· Two (2) years’ experience in the independent agency field, preferably with leadership experience
· Ability to problem-solve and recommend strategies for improvement and standardization across the team within CG’s scope of operations
· Experience leading a team of professionals including hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
· Proven track record with achieving business targets and performance management
· Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
· P&C and Life Insurance Licenses required
· M&A experience preferred
