Sales & Service Representative | Full Time | Temp-to-Hire | $20-$25/hour | Boothwyn, PA

Our client, a local HVAC distributor, is seeking an experienced customer service and sales professional for their Sales & Services Rep position. The perfect candidate should have a sales background and technical knowledge of HVAC/R products is preferred.

A day in the life of a Sales & Service Rep:

• Evaluate customer needs over the phone and via email
• Provide excellent verbal and written communication.
• Configure product based on customer specifications.
• Create quotations, including notes, exceptions, specific instructions, etc.
• Order processing, follow up on order status, returns, etc.
• Marketing support on vendor specials, price increases, etc.
• Collect and update CRM data.

Requirements for the Sales & Service Rep:

• Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Technical knowledge of HVAC/R products preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn
• Effective team player that works well with others
• Solid computer skills required; including knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, etc), Quickbooks preferred.
• Good keyboard input and look-up skills needed. Software experience preferred in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), Quickbooks, shipping programs.
