Job Summary:
The Homeowner Sales Representative involves all aspects of quoting, ordering, tracking, and assisting with general customer needs. The Homeowner Sales Representative must be comfortable with being the front-line contact for the company, handling high-volume transactions and long-time customer relationships, being an organized multitasker, who finds creative solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities:
· This position is directly responsible for driving sales with existing clients in a specified Bravas sales territory
· Meet and exceed assigned sales quota
· Identify existing customers who are a good fit for upsell or cross-sell and reach out to them through in-person visits, calling and emailing
· Follow up on inbound leads from Bravas service technicians
· Adhere to required KPIs of the role including number of outreaches, proposals generated and closed pipeline
· Follow the required company sales processes including entering leads into CRM, pricing deals within the approved discount levels and providing weekly sales forecast
Knowledge, Skills/Abilities:
· 2 years of inside sales experience
· An aptitude for building long-term relationships with customers
· Ability to educate customers on company products and services
· Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions
· Handle a high volume of inbound calls
· Maintain accurate records in the CRM
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales
· Quick learner and adaptable. Strong multitasking and organization skills
· Strong phone presence and quick connection skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Possess the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
· Motivated, driven, and results-oriented
· Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
