Digital Product Manager - Credit Originations - Hybrid

We're building a world-class team to transform our Originations functionality, and we need a visionary Senior Product Manager to help define and drive an industry-leading lending technology stack for credit, pricing, and data sciences.

Impact You'll Make:
You'll create and execute a product roadmap that drives business growth, reduces costs, and modernizes our technology platform. Your clear communication with executives and stakeholders will build consensus and drive decisions that matter. Working closely with Engineering Leads, you'll foster strong relationships that align technical execution with business objectives and elevate your cross-functional team's performance.Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and communicate OKRs in partnership with business and engineering leadership, ensuring alignment with broader business strategy
- Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap that balances short-term objectives with long-term goals, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility
- Manage the full software development lifecycle by creating high-level themes/epics, developing detailed user stories, managing the product backlog, and planning feature releases
- Contribute actively to our high-performing product organization, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability
- Collaborate across functions with deep understanding of competitive dynamics to ensure product development meets market needs
- Present regular updates to executive teams on product performance, using data-driven insights to recommend enhancements
What You'll Bring:
- Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of business strategy with the curiosity to uncover new opportunities
- Cross-Functional Communication: Exceptional ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders from executives to technical teams
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Skilled at using data to inform decisions, measure success, and drive continuous product improvement
- Customer-Focused: Genuine passion for understanding customer pain points and creating innovative solutions
- Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate complex challenges, manage competing priorities, and make confident decisions
- Change Management: Experience guiding teams through transitions while adapting priorities as situations evolve
- Domain Expertise: Experience building modern credit, pricing and data science platforms in financial services or fintech
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, planning, or operations within a technology-powered organization
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience
Location & Work Arrangement:
This role is Hybrid. You should be located within commuting distance to one of our offices in New York, NY, Wilmington, DE, or Baltimore MD with the expectation to be in the office 2-3 times a week or as needed.An Equal Opportunity Employer.
