We are currently seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager, eager to grow our team as a part of our continued Project Services Department Growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of Construction Project Management, Tenant Improvement Projects and an extensive project portfolio.

·      Salary Range for this position is $90,000-$120,000

 

What your day looks like.

      Manage all aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, design review and coordination, progress billing, cost reporting, and safety

      Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate

      Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings

      Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas

      Oversee the contractors and subcontractors

      Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings on site

      Make sound decisions under tight deadlines

      Organize, plan, and manage multiple simultaneous activities to accomplish desired results on time

      Make necessary changes, use client input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external client expectations

      Read, interpret, and understand various types of construction drawings including interior buildouts, underground infrastructure, and new development

      Prepare a budget via takeoffs

      Review and approve all partial and final waivers of lien for assigned projects

      Complete a closeout documentation review and approval for assigned projects

      Maintain itemized project expense tracking for assigned projects

      Maintain project files that contain full records of assigned project documents

      Participation in Property Management trainings and check-ins

      Participate in bi-weekly team update meetings

      Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates while maintaining a constant focus on exceeding client expectations

      Travel for this position estimated to be 25%

 

What sets you apart.

 

      5-7 years of hands on construction experience as a project manager, assistant project manager or field engineer

     Driver's License and valid insurance is required for this position

      Bachelor's degree in related field encouraged

      Excellent computer skills, must be advanced in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

      Experience with Procore and AutoCAD a plus

      Must be an organized manager, a self-reliant decision maker, a proactive contributor, and an apt multitasker

Pay Range
$90,000.00   Annually to $120,000.00   Annually
