Job Summary:
The Luxury Sales Representative will have responsibility for overseeing the sales team for their assigned
region. This individual will be someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, is a self-starter with
impeccable attention to detail, along with strong written and oral communication skills. They will be
responsible for growing new customer relationships as well as fostering existing relationships. They will
drive the sales strategy within their territory for Bravas. Their responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
• This position is directly responsible for driving sales in their specified Bravas sales territory
• Meet and exceed assigned sales quota
• Identify potential customers and reach out to them through site visits, cold calling, emailing and
LinkedIn messaging
• Adhere to required KPIs of the role including number of outreaches, proposals generated and
closed pipeline

• Follow the required company sales processes including entering leads into CRM, pricing deals
within the approved discount levels and providing weekly sales forecast
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Have extensive experience closing new business
• Extensive experience working in a CRM
• Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to travel within the region approximately 25% of the time
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Knowledge, Skills/Abilities:
• Self-motivated, data-driven, and a proactive approach to generating new business
• Ability to establish and maintain a professional relationship with customers/prospects
• Professional phone, in-person, and written communication skills
• Ability to present information in front of groups
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting in a car, on a plane, or at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
