Executive & Leadership Associate
Location: Remote, In-person meetings, as needed (preference for someone in the Cincinnati area)
Organization: Women of Reform Judaism
Employment Type: Full Time, Benefits Eligible, Exempt, MNGT
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer, Women of Reform Judaism
Start Date: July 1, 2025
Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 plus competitive benefits package
The Role
Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ), the women's empowerment affiliate of the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ), is seeking an Executive & Leadership Associate to provide high-level support to the CEO and contribute to the overall effectiveness of WRJ’s leadership team. This role also provides administrative and logistical support to WRJ’s lay leadership and senior staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization.
What You Will Do
As the Executive & Leadership Associate, you will:

Manage the CEO’s calendar and priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring timely follow-up on urgent matters. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Support CEO communications, representing her professionally in written and verbal exchanges with staff, partners, and donors, and maintaining positive relationships on her behalf.

Facilitate internal coordination, serving as a liaison between the CEO and WRJ staff to ensure clear communication and follow-through across teams. Stay up to date on organizational activities to brief the CEO on relevant developments.

Coordinate logistics for meetings and travel, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and minutes, in alignment with organizational policies and priorities.

Assist with planning internal events, including staff meetings and retreats, in collaboration with the CEO and Assistant Director.

Support WRJ lay leadership, working closely with the Director of Events and Leadership to plan and execute board meetings (virtual and in-person), leadership trainings, and related programming.

Provide administrative and logistical support for key campaigns, meetings, and organizational initiatives.

Assist with fundraising efforts, including donor research, maintaining records, and drafting donor communications to support the CEO’s relationship-building and stewardship work.

Take on special projects and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO or other senior leaders.

Organization & Time Management: Skilled at managing multiple priorities and balancing urgent tasks. Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and travel. Highly attentive to detail in scheduling, materials preparation, and project support. Able to manage multiple ongoing projects while meeting deadlines and aligning with broader goals.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent senior leadership professionally. Ability to tailor tone and messaging to various audiences, maintaining professionalism and positive relationships with stakeholders. Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion.
