Contracts and Renewal Specialist
6+ Month W2 Contract

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

• Lead the re-contracting process for existing Frame.io customers, transitioning them to Adobe's contract structure with clear guidance and communication.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline the re-contracting process, minimizing customer disruption and enhancing satisfaction.
• Manage the end-to-end annual renewal cycle for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business (SMB) customers.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing SMB accounts in collaboration with Customer Success team.
• Guide customers through complex contracting processes, including approvals and procurement workflows with Deal Desk teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and renewal pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Success, and Sales Operations teams to ensure contract accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the contract lifecycle, clearly communicating key dates, deliverables, and next steps.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelors or several years in SaaS environment
• 3+ years of experience in contract management, account management, or sales operations
• Familiarity with CRM systems-- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing complex contracting processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to guide customers through operational processes with clarity and professionalism
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in or with SaaS companies is a plus
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

Pay Range: 

$37.00 - $41.00/hour
