Cyber Security Engineer - Microsegmentation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engineer with specialized expertise in microsegmentation to protect our organization's computer systems and networks from cyber threats. In this role, you will implement advanced security measures, monitor systems, and respond to incidents to ensure our digital infrastructure remains secure.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a microsegmentation engineer
• Specific experience deploying and managing microsegmentation with Illumio
• Comprehensive understanding of microsegmentation implementation across Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes environments
• Expertise in developing and managing microsegmentation security policies
• Proficiency with security tools including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and web proxies
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Core Responsibilities:

1. Execute comprehensive security measures to protect organizational data, systems, and networks
2. Implement and maintain microsegmentation architecture across diverse computing environments
3. Monitor security systems and respond promptly to detected threats or incidents
4. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all systems
5. Stay current with emerging security threats and microsegmentation technologies
