Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the hospital's IT infrastructure, field support structure, servers, networks, and storage.
- Manage field technicians, network, server and endpoint teams by providing direction, support, and performance evaluations to ensure effective and efficient field operations.
- Support the hospital’s infrastructure strategy and service delivery standards. Help develop long-term infrastructure plans and architectures taking into account trends in the field and changing organizational needs.
- Monitor service level agreements and key service delivery performance indicators or metrics, and identifies areas where performance can be improved through infrastructure changes.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of all IT systems to support clinical and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work with leaders to identify infrastructure-related initiatives and needs, and design and implement solutions. Coordinate with various departments to understand and fulfill their IT needs. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality and timely support.
- Work with the system engineering team to oversee data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans. '
- Work with the team to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource use.
- Ensure the security of IT systems, protecting patient information and hospital data from cyber threats.
Qualified Candidates will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, server management, storage solutions, and cybersecurity.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- 5+ years of experience leading a team.
- PMP, HIMSS, ITIL, A+ or CHIME certifications preferred.

• At least five (5) years of progressive experience in project management and project portfolio management of IT projects in a healthcare organization.
• PMP Certification
• Experience with Agile project management.
