We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Coach to support our teachers and help ensure that every student receives high-quality, developmentally appropriate instruction.

Position Summary:
The Kindergarten Coach will work closely with kindergarten teachers to strengthen instructional practices, provide professional development, and support classroom environments that promote academic, social, and emotional growth. This is a leadership role that requires strong content knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional coaching and support to kindergarten teachers through classroom observations, feedback, modeling, and co-teaching.
  
  

• Use data to guide instructional decisions and identify areas for teacher support and student growth.
  
  

• Develop and facilitate professional development sessions focused on early literacy, numeracy, social-emotional learning, and best practices in early childhood education.
  
  

• Support curriculum planning and implementation aligned with school and state standards.
  
  

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice among teaching staff.
  
  

• Collaborate with school leadership and instructional teams to align kindergarten goals with overall school priorities.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  
  

• State teaching certification in early childhood or elementary education.
  
  

• Minimum of 3–5 years of successful classroom experience in early childhood or primary grades.
