We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Orthodontic Assistant to join our smile-making team. Help create confident smiles while working in a fun, supportive, and fast-paced environment. Experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant to join our fun, high-energy team. What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients with a warm, positive attitude and help them feel at ease.

• Work alongside our orthodontists during bonding, wire changes, debonding, adjustments, impressions, and digital scans (iTero).

• Take patient records, photos, and X-rays with accuracy and care.

• Keep our instruments and work areas sparkling clean and fully compliant with OSHA/infection control standards.

• Explain treatment steps and post-care instructions so patients feel informed and confident.

• Help keep the schedule on track and the day running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with excellent communication skills and a love for working with people.

• Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred (but we’ll train the right rockstar!).

• Current CPR and radiology certifications (or willingness to obtain).

• Great attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
