What You’ll Do:
As our Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead the Debug & Diagnostics team in fault isolation and server repair, ensuring our cloud hardware runs flawlessly. You’ll be the technical authority on server-level diagnostics and a mentor to technicians, guiding them through error codes, system logs, and troubleshooting tools.


🔧 Key Responsibilities:
•     Oversee daily operations of the Debug & Diagnostics team
•     Serve as the technical expert for server diagnostics (SEL logs, scripts, system logs)
•     Guide technicians in fault isolation and system-level troubleshooting
•     Prioritize repairs to meet production goals and throughput targets
•     Collaborate with Engineering, Test, and Quality teams to resolve recurring issues
•     Analyze failure trends and drive process improvements
•     Maintain accurate documentation in QMS, WIKI, and related systems
•     Ensure calibration and readiness of tools, equipment, and spare parts
•     Promote safety and efficiency through 5S and compliance standards
•     Mentor and train team members to build technical depth
•     Present metrics and updates in daily operations meetings


What You Bring:
•     3–5 years of supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing, server repair, or diagnostics
•     Deep knowledge of server architecture and fault isolation techniques
•     Experience with SEL logs, system logs, diagnostic tools, and basic scripting
•     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•     Familiarity with QMS, ERP, or shop floor systems (preferred)
•     High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree or technical certification (A+, Server+) preferred
•     Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
•     Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment

Physical Requirements:
•     Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
