Your Role

As a Pediatric Dentist, you’ll deliver a full scope of pediatric dental services — from preventive and restorative care to interceptive orthodontics — while creating positive dental experiences for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents.
Deliver behavior management techniques that build trust and reduce anxiety.
Perform preventive treatments, restorative care, pulp therapy, extractions, and minor surgical procedures.
Collaborate with orthodontic and periodontal teams on interdisciplinary cases.
Educate parents and caregivers on oral health, hygiene, and preventive strategies.
Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Qualifications

Required

U.S.-trained Pediatric Dentist with DDS/DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.
Completion of an ADA-accredited pediatric dentistry residency program.
Current (or eligible) Virginia dental license.
Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry.
Strong communication and rapport-building skills with children and parents.

Preferred

Hospital dentistry or sedation certification/experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages).
Experience in a multi-specialty or high-volume practice.
