What You’ll Do
-
Lead with impact: Manage, coach, and develop production employees in a high-volume manufacturing environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
-
Drive performance: Plan daily production operations, set priorities, and oversee workflow to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality products.

Maintain standards: Guarantee compliance with company work instructions, ISO guidelines, and quality systems while ensuring documentation and training requirements are consistently met.
-
Optimize processes: Collect and analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and support implementation of lean manufacturing practices.

Be adaptable: Respond quickly to changing priorities while managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
-
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
-
Experience:
-
2–5 years in high-volume manufacturing (electronics manufacturing experience a plus).
-
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
-
Proven ability to write procedures, develop training materials, and implement manufacturing processes.
-
Certifications in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement are a bonus.
-
-
Skills & Mindset:
-
Strong leadership with the ability to inspire, motivate, and build cohesive teams.
-
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
-

-
Working Environment
-
Fast-paced, high-energy production floor with multi-level priorities.

-
Operate comfortably in a production setting: standing, walking, and moving throughout the floor for long periods.
-
Perform desk work as needed, including computer-based tasks for up to 8 hours/day.
What You’ll Gain
