Job Summary
The Financial Analyst supports financial and managerial analysis for Wego’s internal and external stakeholders. He / she generates and analyzes reports that assess company and / or business-unit performance, drives ad-hoc business reports and analyses, and special project assignments. This individual is a self-starter with problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and solid skills in communication and thought leadership. The successful candidate must be able to think strategically, perform dive deep analytics, and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis across diverse businesses for consolidations & financial reporting.

Ensure monthly and quarterly analyses are accurate, complete, and timely.

Assists with the preparation of the operating budget and forecast periods.

Participate in monthly commission calculation for salesforce of 30+ representatives.

Provide financial models and forecasting.

Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior management team.
Key Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

2 -3 years of experience with report generation, analysis, and financial systems; experience in both Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Accounting teams preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with P&L analysis.

Advanced Excel modeling skills required.

Experience with SQL a plus.

Strong in developing graphs, charts, and presentations.

Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.

Track record of success in meeting challenging deadlines.

The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced, work-oriented environment.
