Job Summary 

The Financial Analyst supports financial and managerial analysis for Wego’s internal and external stakeholders. He / she generates and analyzes reports that assess company and / or business-unit performance, drives ad-hoc business reports and analyses, and special project assignments. This individual is a self-starter with problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and solid skills in communication and thought leadership. The successful candidate must be able to think strategically, perform dive deep analytics, and communicate effectively. 

Responsibilities 

  • Perform financial analysis across diverse businesses for consolidations & financial reporting. 

  • Ensure monthly and quarterly analyses are accurate, complete, and timely. 

  • Assists with the preparation of the operating budget and forecast periods. 

  • Participate in monthly commission calculation for salesforce of 30+ representatives. 

  • Provide financial models and forecasting. 

  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior management team. 

Key Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. 

  • 2 -3 years of experience with report generation, analysis, and financial systems; experience in both Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Accounting teams preferred. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Experience with P&L analysis. 

  • Advanced Excel modeling skills required. 

  • Experience with SQL a plus. 

  • Strong in developing graphs, charts, and presentations. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills. 

  • Track record of success in meeting challenging deadlines. 

  • The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced, work-oriented environment. 

  • Comfort working individually and in a team environment. 

  • Comfort working in a small-team environment. 

 

Pay Range
$80,000.00   None to $90,000.00   None
