Join our client's dynamic team as a Consumer Lending Project Manager and drive innovation in their lending operations! We're seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives that transform how we serve our customers.

As the ideal Project Manager, you'll harness your expertise in consumer lending to orchestrate impactful projects from concept to completion. Your leadership will directly influence our lending products and operational excellence while working with talented professionals across our organization.

What You'll Do:

• Champion strategic projects that revolutionize our consumer lending product launches, enhancements, and operational improvements
• Partner with Consumer Lending leadership to own the full project lifecycle—from strategic planning and requirements development through successful implementation and performance analysis
• Build collaborative relationships across product, credit, compliance, operations, and servicing teams to align project goals with business priorities
• Spearhead initiatives that enhance the entire loan origination journey—from application intake through underwriting, verification, and funding
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend innovative technology or operational solutions that drive measurable improvements
• Orchestrate project timelines, resources, and deliverables using agile methodologies to ensure on-time, high-quality results
• Create compelling documentation and reporting that provides clarity and transparency to all stakeholders
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing confident leadership on project status, timelines, and dependencies

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required, advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of successful project management experience, demonstrating increasing responsibility and impact
• 3+ years of experience in a lending environment, with a proven track record of delivering results
• Comprehensive understanding of loan origination processes, including credit evaluation, KYC/AML protocols, income and ID verification, and funding procedures
• Hands-on experience with lending platforms, loan management systems, and third-party integrations (bank aggregators, fraud tools, etc.)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills that inspire confidence and drive results
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms

Bonus Qualifications: PMP certification, Scrum Master certification, or equivalent professional credentials
