Your Role with the Company:

You’ll lead all construction operations, reporting directly to the president. You’ll drive project execution, mentor a team and champion client satisfaction, profitability, and company values. You’ll also support business development, negotiate key contracts, and help cultivate structured leadership and accountability principles as the company scales to its next level of growth. This is a rare opportunity to build something lasting while honoring a legacy.

Background Profile:

·       Experience managing commercial projects exceeding $30M in contract value  

·       Background in leading teams in an aggressive project schedule environment

·       Proficient with construction management software

·       Exposure to multi-family or student housing projects helpful
