What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor a dedicated maintenance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Oversee preventative maintenance programs and respond to resident service requests
Maintain the high standards of our Class A property through proactive facility management
Participate in on-call rotation to ensure resident needs are always met
Build positive relationships with residents through exceptional customer service
What You'll Need:
EPA and CPO certifications (required)
Valid GA Driver's License and reliable transportation
Proven team leadership experience with strong organizational abilities
Excellent customer service skills and professional communication
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
