Multimedia Design & Development Specialist
Hybrid: Vienna, VA, Pensacola, FL
In office expectations: two days per weekRole Overview:
Join our client's dynamic team to create engaging multimedia content that drives employee engagement, learning, and development. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your creative talents while supporting essential communications and instructional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop graphics, animations, and videos to support employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives
- Provide multimedia services to enhance departmental branding and communications
- Create instructional courses tailored to meet specific learning outcomes using tools such as Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and Camtasia
- Establish appropriate design and development models for various projects
- Implement stakeholder feedback to refine and enhance deliverables
- Develop Flash/XML-based reinforcement/promotional games and animations
- Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures, web designs, videos, and logos/icons
- Produce print design materials including agenda booklets, banners, signage, name tags, name tents, network maps, and digital announcements
- Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals
- Collaborate with internal business partners to implement processes, applications, and system enhancements
- Participate in cross-functional teams and task groups for various projects and initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Experience in developing courses, graphic designs, and technology-driven products
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to manage multiple concurrent projects
