What You’ll Do

• Problem Solver: Help investigate and respond to customer feedback and quality issues (Customer Corrective Actions – CARs).
• Team Player: Work with suppliers to resolve product or component issues (Supplier Corrective Actions – SCARs).
• Data-Driven: Collect and analyze quality data to help make smarter business decisions.
• Process Improver: Suggest and support changes that enhance how we deliver quality products.
• Documentation Support: Help maintain the systems that keep our quality documentation ISO-compliant.
• Quality Champion: Support inspection processes, calibration, and quality certifications.
• Hands-On Experience: Gain exposure to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) processes and support certification testing.
• Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, project managers, and customer service teams.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience (internships, co-ops, or school projects are great!)
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving
• Comfortable communicating technical info with teammates and customers
• A desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
