Job Summary:
We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team at our Pasco, WA facility.  In this role you will play a vital role in the efficient management of incoming and outgoing shipments.  Your Attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all products are received, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time.   

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Day to Day Operations: Manage the daily activities of shipping and receiving to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and inventory control.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are packaged, labeled, and dispatched according to schedule. 
• Quality Control: Inspect shipments for accuracy and quality, verifying that all products meet company standards.
• Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate deliveries and shipments
• Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.​​​

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of Processes: Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes, including handling perishable goods. 
• Warehouse Knowledge: Experience with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jack is a plus. 
• Attention to detail: Strong attention to details to ensure the accuracy of shipping and receiving records.
• Effective Communication: Clearly communicate with team members, supervisors, and external vendors to coordinate shipments and deliveries. 

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required: additional coursework in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus. 
• 1 or more years of experience in shipping and receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations, preferable in food production or manufacturing environments. 
• Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
• Proficient in using shipping software, inventory management systems, and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Salary range: $19.00hr -$23.75
