HR Benefits Compliance Specialist

Schedule: Part-time (3 days per week, 8-hour days)

Start Time: 9:00 AM (flexible days; must be consistent week-to-week)

Status: Temporary, no set end date

Location: Fully remote (occasional on-site meetings in NE Philadelphia office)

Compensation: $30–$35 per hour (DOE)

Equipment: Provided by client

Overview:

Our client, a well-established organization in Northeast Philadelphia, is seeking a detail-oriented HR Benefits Compliance Specialist for a long-term temporary assignment. This is a fully remote role ideal for a self-starter who excels in data management and benefits compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Review, manage, and maintain benefits and compliance data with accuracy and confidentiality.

·       Ensure compliance with HR policies, benefits regulations, and internal data protocols.

·       Utilize Paycom and Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) to analyze and reconcile employee information.

·       Support HR leadership with benefits documentation, auditing, and reporting.

·       Collaborate remotely while working independently to meet deadlines and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience in HR benefits, compliance, or data-focused roles.

·       Strong proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms (Paycom preferred).

·       Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

·       Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently in a remote environment.

Must successfully complete the following prior to start:

o   FBI Clearance

o   PA State Criminal Background Check

o   Employment & Education Verification
