Job Summary:

Become the linchpin of our supply chain evolution. In this high-impact role, you'll drive process improvements that ensure seamless inventory management, strategic production scheduling, and exceptional customer support. You'll collaborate with customers, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to optimize delivery timelines, control costs, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives during an exciting period of organizational growth and change.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically analyze forecast fluctuations to proactively manage materials and production requirements, directly influencing company performance
  • Execute sophisticated "what-if" scenarios that shape critical scheduling decisions and business strategy
  • Orchestrate the perfect balance between customer demand and production capabilities
  • Drive collaborative initiatives across teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize excess material costs
  • Champion customer satisfaction by providing agile support for new and evolving orders
  • Partner with the Master Scheduler to craft efficient production schedules and resolve complex order discrepancies
  • Implement innovative inventory tracking systems and develop strategic action plans to optimize stock levels
  • Lead component selection initiatives to enhance cost control and operational efficiency
  • Guide product lifecycle transitions and new product launches with expert precision
  • Serve as a key Supply Chain ambassador in high-stakes internal and external customer meetings
  • Contribute valuable insights to sales forecasts and planning systems
  • Provide crucial support to Buyers with strategic purchase order placement and maintenance
  • Collaborate across departments to uphold exceptional quality standards and maximize customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field, preferred
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, procurement, and inventory systems
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of electronics purchasing and global supply chain practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
  • Passionate about driving continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations

Pay Range
$70,000.00   Annually to $85,000.00   Annually
