Dealer Relationship Representative – Auto Finance

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Hourly Pay: $23 – $25 (based on location and experience)

Schedule: Part-Time

Travel: Approximately 70% of the role involves travel. Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time are provided.

We’re looking for a Dealer Relationship Representative who thrives on building connections, solving problems, and driving growth in the auto finance space.

What You’ll Do as the Dealer Relationship Representative (Responsibilities):
As a Dealer Relationship Representative, you’ll be the primary liaison between TEG and local auto dealerships. You’ll help dealers understand and use our Indirect Lending program to better serve their customers.

• -Visit dealerships monthly to maintain strong partnerships
• -Provide and update contracts, rate sheets, and program guidelines
• -Collaborate with dealership staff and internal teams to review loans and funding packages
• -Prepare weekly reports on dealer feedback, application data, and funding activity
• -Monitor competitor programs and recommend improvements
• -Assist with loan funding issues and update dealer portal documents

What You Bring (Qualifications):

• -1–3 years of experience in auto finance or a related field
• -High school diploma or GED
• -Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent organizational abilities
• -Willingness to travel monthly to dealership locations
