ABOUT THE ROLE

ExoAnalytic Solutions is seeking a software engineer specializing in system integration and testing to support verification and validation of complex space and missile defense software. In this role, you’ll ensure that real-time and simulation systems operate seamlessly through rigorous testing, continuous integration, and collaborative problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Integrate, test, and troubleshoot software across multiple mission systems
• Develop automated and manual test procedures for system validation
• Collaborate with development and test teams to ensure system interoperability
• Support regression testing, configuration management, and defect tracking
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to software and system leads

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in software integration, testing, or system validation
• Experience using Python, Bash, or C++ for test automation or scripting
• Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) or simulation-based testing
• Strong analytical and communication skills for test reporting and troubleshooting 
• U.S. citizenship required, with eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with integration and test of defense or aerospace systems
• Familiarity with HWIL environments, simulation testbeds, or digital twins
• Experience with Python scripting, test automation, or CI/CD frameworks
• Strong debugging, system analysis, and communication skills

SALARY RANGE

$85,000 - $165,000 annually.

Actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and years of experience.
