Location is in Vienna, VA. Hybrid 2x a week in the office.
Program Manager - Job Description:
Direct support over the next 4 months
- Oversee the Review Process and Timelines:
- Lead and ensure enterprise service & technical support through the end of the review period.
- Monitor completion rates and ensure follow up process with leaders to ensure timely submission of evaluations and ratings.
- Support Communication and Training:
- Collaborate with the Communications team to develop and deliver communications to inform stakeholders about review processes, expectations, and enhancements.
- Ensure training resources are available and accessible for managers and employees to understand the review process and system updates.
- Analyze and Report on Review Outcomes:
- Ensure feedback loop is maintained to capture employee experience and lessons learned for program retrospective.
- Collaborate with designated teammates & HR stakeholders to collect and synthesize performance review completion data.
- Collaborate with the Employee Experience team to plan year-end program retrospective. Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership on program effectiveness and future enhancements.
- 2026 Performance Cycle Planning:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to draft the execution of the 2026 cycle aligned with division & department strategic goals to include program & technical enhancements, change & communications plans.
- Coordinate & Facilitate Enterprise Goal Setting, Alignment and Communication:
- Launch the enterprise goal setting process to include communications, timeline, guidance, resources and training.
- Launch annual feedback cycle - Check Ins:
- Launch Q1 Check Ins and communicate expectations, guidelines, and timing to leaders and employees.
Critical skills required:
- Extensive experience designing, implementing and managing talent and/or performance management programs and processes in a large organization.
- Experience with HCM systems such as Oracle or Workday.
- Strong project management experience and experience in driving change management.
- Strong skills in managing program deliverables and solutions, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
- Significant experience in workflow and program development including development of requirements documents, procedures, and implementation plans.
- Extensive experience in managing multiple initiatives, and meet changing requirements and priorities to accomplish objectives and goals, independently or in a team environment.
- Extensive experience in collaborating across organizational boundaries and building partnerships across various functions.
- Proficiency in overseeing initiatives from concept through planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and transition phases, ensuring thorough management review.
- Expert verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (M365) products, including but not limited to Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive, to support collaboration, communication, and productivity within a large organization.
Desired qualifications:
- Experience designing and facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
