We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shop Technician to join our team. The Shop Technician must be a safety-conscious, hardworking individual. Under the direction of a supervisor, this position will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to the delivery of products/tools to the location, the refurbishment process of customer-owned inventory, managing new inventory, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean/organized work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Refurbish inventory: Ensure customer-owned inventory is refurbished to the highest standards, meeting production goals and company guidelines.
• Assemble products: Assemble products using various tools and supplies, ensuring they meet design specifications.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace: Follow safety protocols, keep the shop clean, and properly maintain equipment.
• Handle inventory: Safely operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials, manage inventory, and load/unload shipments.
• Support operations: Assist with product deliveries and other tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School degree or equivalent is required
• Previous assembly experience preferred
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience operating a forklift or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to bend and lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation
• General computer skills are necessary
