About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Generalist / Marketing Manager to support brand awareness, lead generation, and event execution. This is a hands-on role where you’ll directly contribute to visual content, digital engagement, and campaign execution across multiple channels.

You’ll manage social media, design compelling visuals in Canva, support both virtual and in-person events, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment and enjoys juggling multiple projects that contribute to pipeline growth and brand visibility.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day posting and engagement on all company social channels.
  • Publish content promoting events, product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership.
  • Track performance metrics and iterate content strategy to drive follower and engagement growth.

Content Creation (Canva & Light Design)

  • Design on-brand graphics, collateral, and presentations in Canva, including social posts, ads, event signage, email banners, and one-pagers.
  • Maintain visual consistency across digital and physical marketing assets.

Event Marketing Support

  • Assist with logistics, promotion, and execution for webinars, trade shows, conferences, and virtual events.

Campaign Execution & Support

  • Support multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, paid social, website updates).
  • Assist with creating landing pages, email templates, and campaign assets in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Maintain campaign calendars, track deliverables, and ensure on-time launches.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report campaign and social media metrics.
  • Support data entry, list management, and segmentation in CRM/automation systems.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend new tactics.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Demand Gen, Events, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment on campaign priorities.
  • Provide support on urgent or last-minute tasks, including campaign adjustments and event needs.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2G/B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of social media management for professional audiences.
  • Proficiency in Canva with the ability to create polished, on-brand marketing assets.
  • Experience supporting events such as webinars, trade shows, and virtual conferences.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
