Instructional Designer | Pensacola, FL | Hybrid Role

Join our client's innovative team as an Instructional Designer where you'll transform complex information into engaging learning experiences that drive results!

This hybrid position requires two days per week in our Pensacola office until March 31, 2026, increasing to three days weekly thereafter.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead instructional design projects from concept to completion, creating impactful learning solutions
  • Develop dynamic courses using cutting-edge tools including Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, Camtasia, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Apply diverse techniques to structure and sequence instructional content for maximum learner engagement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to research, synthesize, and transform complex information into accessible learning materials
  • Manage LMS activities, training assignments, and generate custom reports to track learning outcomes
  • Select and implement appropriate design models tailored to specific project needs
  • Evaluate course effectiveness and implement continuous improvements based on stakeholder feedback
  • Create visually appealing communications, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Design engaging interactive modules, animations, and videos that enhance the learning experience

What You'll Bring:

  • At least three years of experience in training/instruction (experience with graphic design and animation strongly preferred)
  • Adaptability to manage fluctuating priorities and workloads
  • Exceptional ability to organize and present information with clarity and impact
  • Demonstrated experience developing course content, graphic designs, videos, and animations
  • Creative talent for crafting custom illustrations that reinforce learning objectives
  • Advanced understanding of instructional theories and educational psychology
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills for juggling multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills for building productive relationships with diverse stakeholders
