Patient Financial Representative - Part-Time

Arkview Behavioral Health - Mechanicsburg & York, PA

Arkview Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Patient Financial Representative to support our full-time Patient Financial Coordinator and provide compassionate, professional financial guidance to our outpatient clients.

Key Responsibilities

●       Collect client copays and deductibles for outpatient services at both locations (Mechanicsburg & York).

●       Set up and manage payment plans based on individual client needs.

●       Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and families regarding billing, insurance, and financial expectations.

●       Maintain accurate payment records and ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

●       Experience in a business office, billing, medical office, or financial customer service role preferred.

●       Strong communication and organizational skills, with a supportive and professional approach.

●       Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

●       Familiarity with insurance verification, deductibles, and medical billing is a plus.

Schedule & Hours

●       Part-time, flexible hours

●       Occasional travel to both locations required
